Every homeowner wants to be able to choose what goes on in their home. With us, it’s no different. Our technicians will provide you with multiple options on every repair, giving you the control to choose the best option for you, your home, and your budget.

NEVER PAY TWICE FOR REPAIRS

Our Maintenance Members will never pay twice for the same repair completed by Air Dynamics. Giving you peace of mind that your investments into your system and comfort will be protected.

FREE PART TUNE-UP

Our Premier Maintenance Members receive ONE free common part replacement with their membership tune-up. During a tune-up, if our technician determines that a covered part has failed, we will repair or replace that part for free.

Air Today Guarantee

We guarantee you will have air in your home by either repairs being made same day or by receiving a temporary window unit until repairs can be made. We guarantee to keep your home cool and comfortable when you need it most.

  • If we cannot get your system up and running today, we will provide a window unit, free of charge, until the repairs or system replacement is completed.
  • Deposit required: half down for all repairs, $500 nonrefundable for replacement
  • All window units remain the property of Air Dynamics
  • Up to two window units per household, pending availability
  • In the event of cancellation, all window units must be returned within three (3) days of notice of cancellation of service. A fee of $25 per unit, per day will be applied for any late returns. Refunds on repair down payments will not be refunded until all window units have been returned. No refunds apply to replacement.
  • All cancellations must be emailed to service@adtx.us

Never Pay Twice for The Same Repair

Our Maintenance Members will never pay twice for the same repair completed by Air Dynamics. Giving you peace of mind that your investments into your system and comfort will be protected.

  • Must complete all recommended repairs presented by an Air Dynamics Professional.
  • Must maintain continuous membership
  • Does not cover neglect/misuse of system, acts of God, or refrigerant leaks.

Free Part with Tune-up

Our Premier Maintenance Members receive ONE free common part replacement with their membership tune-up. During a tune-up, if our technician determines that a covered part has failed, we will repair or replace that part for free.

  • Covered parts limited to contactor, capacitor, ignitor or up to 1 pound of refrigerant. (R410Aor R32)
  • Free parts do not roll over to future visits.
  • Limit one (1) free part replacement per tune-up visit, regardless of number of units.
